We assist real property owners in reducing their tax liability by way of assessment appeal and negotiation.

Robert S Leon
Manager, Residential Property Division

Robert has over 30 years experience in Real Estate, and currently holds licenses as a Certified Residential Appraiser as well as Real Estate Broker in the State of California. Robert instructed Real Estate Appraisal courses for 3 years at Chabot Community College in Hayward, CA from 1991 to 1994.  Robert served 5 years on Planning Commission for the City of Fremont, CA.  Robert also served 5 years on the Assessment Appeals Board for Alameda County, CA.
